Less than a 5-minute walk to the Georgian Sands Beach and under 1.5 hour drive from Toronto, it’s the perfect spot to relax with everything you could possibly need while savoring the best of nature and cozy indoor vibes.
About the cottage
Every inch of our cottage will wrap you in warmth and comfort, offering a serene escape just north of the city. With its open-concept living area, soaring vaulted ceilings, and natural wood finishes, it’s the perfect place to gather, unwind, and lose track of time in endless conversations. Designed for 2-3 families or close-knit groups, it sleeps up to 10, giving everyone their own little corner of calm. Wake up to breathtaking ravine views, and end your days around the firepit or soaking in the hot tub, enveloped by the tall trees.

Our Story
Hi, we’re
Masha and Max!
In 2020, we discovered Tiny Township and fell in love with its towering trees, welcoming community, and beaches that feel like an escape from the everyday. Georgian Sands Cottage is our way of sharing this slice of paradise with others—a place for peaceful retreats and unforgettable memories.
But our love for Tiny didn’t stop there. We also have another cottage, Thunder Beach Retreat, just a short drive away. Both spaces hold a special place in our hearts, and we’ve designed them with care so you can feel the same sense of ease and connection that we do here.
For us, these cottages are more than just getaways—they’re where our family creates lifelong memories. Summers mean sandy beach days, fall brings crisp evenings by the fire, and winter calls for snowy adventures with the kids.

We are a family of five, the kids range from age 3 to 9. From the moment we arrived to Masha’s cottage, we were stunned by the serene surroundings and the cottage's cozy ambiance. Tiny, the area where the cottage is located, is truly a hidden gem! It was so easy to unwind and reconnect there. The spacious jacuzzi in the backyard was a big bonus!! And Masha was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Her thoughtful touches truly made us feel at home.

We were visiting Masha’s beautiful place on Canada Day. I was really impressed with the style of the cottage and the peaceful atmosphere. Perfect for family and friends’ getaway. Clean and quiet beach. Masha is super responsive as a hostess. Always ready to answer any of your questions and satisfy your expectations. Highly recommended. This getaway was exactly what we needed to unwind and recharge! This stunning cottage was recommended to us by our friends. Our stay in July of 2024 at this cottage in Tiny, Ontario, was nothing short of magical. The cottage itself was modern, stylish, and immaculately clean.
